I was toying with the idea of posting challenges (other people could post too!) they could be a daily, weekly, monthly, whatever...you just post what it is in the post. How would people feel about that? Of course you have to try to make sure whatever challenge you post is actually healthy for people to do and is something measurable (preferably non-scale!).

I love challenges! I'm not good at coming up with ones but I very much enjoy participating in them0

I was thinking....
From March 10-17th trying to burn at least 3000 calories exercising. What we burn naturally doesn't count! I want people to actually get up and exercise (no counting housework unless you're rearranging the living room!). It's something I am gonna do as a personal challenge, would love to see who will join me! :-D
I could start a winners circle thread, and post what the challenge was and who all completed it.0 -
