I’m having a MIM (aka induction muffin) topped with tuna salad and spinach & kale chips.

So what are you having? I need some new ideas…

    2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, for lunch went to Perkins had spinach salad w bacon, (chicken was horrible so I didn't eat it) dry w/o dressing, came home cup of green & oolong tea!

    Pretty full. PTL.

    Beef (or venison) cubed steak, seasoned how you like, smeared with cream cheese, a few slices of sweet peppers, rolled up and grilled. OMG YUM,

    Salad with mixed greens, artichoke hearts, black olives, bleu cheese, chicken, and ceasar dressing.

    Yummy yum! I love the meat and cream cheese combo, like its supposed to go together. I sometimes have cream cheese with fried pepperoni or bacon. Hmmm, maybe I'll have pizza tonight - pepperoni, black olive, mushrooms, & shredded cheese, baked and bubbly!
