Made it through day 9 of Level 1 today and found some of the more challenging exercises easier. I have a feeling that day 1 of Level 2 will kick my butt though.0

Today was Level 1 Day 4 for me. I didn't feel sore earlier today, which was a good sign, but a little tightness in my legs when I was doing my squats and lunges.0

L1 D5 done!! This last workout was for sure the breakthrough... I even did 10 extra mins (of abs, cardio, and some of the strength) cause I was still pumped and felt fantastic
I am soo happy we are all sticking with this!!!0 -
Done! I do much better after I warm up now. I'm starting to not panic during jup rope.0
