    I am only feeling burn in my thighs, not my glutes. To make sure I have good form, I do mine (regular ones that is) in front of a chair and lower down til I am almost sitting in the chair.

    Day 6 complete. Feel pretty good, arms are sore too, butt is alright. Not as bad as the first couple days.

    I reckon most people will have already known about this, but there's a good website called www.hundredpushups.com that helps you work up to a hundred pushups in one set, over the course of seven weeks.

    I'm doing it, because I'd bloody love to do a hundred pushups!

    Also, done todays squats. My knees now make noises. :)

    I did a BodyPump class, there were about 100 squats in it.

    Day 3-60 squats (3 sets, 20 reps)
    Day 4-Rest
    Day 5-70 squats (2 sets, 35 reps of curtsy squats; and 1 set, 20 reps of prisoner squats )
    Day 6-75 squats (1 set, 25 reps of prisoner squats; and 2 sets, 25 reps weighted squats - 20 lbs)
