i am new to this so just finding my way round so any support would be great. since having my second daughter who is now 18 months i have struggled to get my excess weight off. i generally eat quite well, or thats atleast what i think but i guess this site will confirm that once i start tracking.
i struggle to find the time and motivation to exercise and have thought i can lose weight being good with food - does anyone think this is true that you can do it by food alone?
i do walk to school and back home 6 times per week (about 10 mins brisk walk each time) but other than that nothing at mo.0 -

Yes you should be able to lose weight just by food alone. What is your daily calorie allowance?
When I exercise it adds more calories on for me so I am able to consume more to replace the ones I burn off that's all.0 -
Hi all I started this time on boxing day. I'm 28 and a trucker

How long to achieve goal: as long as it takes but I want to be a minimum of 210 within the year
Your favourite kind of exercise: I've started running using Runtastic.com and their smart apps I currently use Running Pro Situp pro squats pro and push ups they have really helpped to focus me and gradually build u up above what seams possible but trust me it is possible just believe and don't quit.
Food weakness: thats easy food is my weakness. But sice goin o the shreddies diet (breakfast + lunch) and stopping the snacks its dropping off slowly but surely.
Weakest point in day: as I deliver sweets and crisps to local shops anytime is difficult (londis)0 -
