Hey team Jillian! How is everyone doing?!?!? Are you ready to rock week 9?!? We are soo close to being done our challenge. I just wanted to say I thank you to you ladies, the patience you show towards me is unbelievable. The support between our team members is truly inspiring I would like this weeks challenge to be about focusing on our accomplishments. Many of us have reached big milestones in our challenge, entering into ondeland, losing our goal weight, increasing our strength, or pushing our comfort zones. This weeks challenge is like our "makeover week"... I want you to post on this thread daily one thing you are proud of yourself for accomplishing. :flowerforyou: I also want you to pay it forward this week and help someone else to make a healthy lifestyle choice and just feel better about themselves, share your pay it forward stories on here.
Hope this week is amazing for each of you I am so grateful for each of you! Good luck team!!
Also I think our team needs a weekend calorie burned challenge...are you guys feeling motivated to burn this weekend?!?!?

Love the warm fuzzies!
I am proud of myself for eating healthy on the weekends. Every weekend of 2012 was kind of a free for all for me and now I seem to have control (for the most part). :-)
I officially said goodbye to the 220's this morning! At this rate, I'll be in onederland before summer!!!
LeighAnna - I just wanted to say good job for always remaining a part of MFP, even when you were stressed out and working like crazy. You always came back and that speaks to your commitment for a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for being such a positive and supportive team leader!0 -
I am proud that I have stayed with MFP and logged almost daily what I am eating even when it is not the healthiest. This has helped me lose weight and feel good about the road I am on. I am not near onedeland but I have made out of the 300s.
IowaJen1979 Gradulations on saying goodbye to the 220s and I have not doubt you will make it to onderland before summer!! WTG0 -

I am proud that I have worked my way back from injury and I have finally started my weight loss journey!!
I LOVE SPINNING!! It is such a fantastic low impact cardio and muscle workout.
I was talking to my trainer about what caused all my knee issues to begin with. He believes that it was the running so I am going to pay it forward by sharing my story and hopefully encouraging others not to start running without seeking a trainers, doctors or running coaches advise on how to condition your body properly.
Lastly I am off to a great start burning those calories this weekend and feeling good about next weeks weigh in!!
Go Team Jillian!!!
Cheers,
Alison0 -
