hunger suppression ideas anyone?

I started losing about 6 weeks ago -- so far 7 lbs gone -- but, I'm having 2 problems: 1) I've been stuck now for the past 3 weeks with no additional loss; and 2) I find myself getting hungry ALL the time. Does anyone have any ideas that can help with appetite suppression?

    How often do you eat?
    How much do you consume when you do eat?
    What kind of foods do you like to eat?

    Any additional information about how you approach food would help as well.
