Day 24: 3/7

Today is a running day. I started 30DS yesterday, (again) also.

1. 15 min on CardioWave as a warm up
2. 30 min C25K
3. 20 min 30DS

That should be enough for today. I'm a little anxious to weigh-in and take my measurements. To me, it feels like nothing has changed. My clothes feel like they fit the same, etc. I really hope that I hit my goal of dropping back down 5lbs putting me right around my goal weight again. I have planned a makeover in April if I reach that goal.

ONLY 3.5 MORE WEEKS TO GO!!

    Day 2 (3/7) RESULTS

    * 3 mile run in 25:27 minutes best PACE 8:29!!!!!
    * Tricep/Bicep workout routine 40 minutes

    Day 24 - 03/07 ...110 squats was all I did Thursday. But at least it was something.
