Hello, I am at the begining of my journey with a bariatric program. Have lost weight before and gained( cyclic through out my adult life. My weight loss goal preop is 16 lbs but seems huge and scarey. I have read some posts here and am inspired by what I have read. Right now my left ankle is fractured so I cannot do the recumbent bike and yoga.I have been doing upper body weoght reps and some rope pulls.

does anyone have any other suggestions? My gym does not have a arm cycle for cardio. I welcome advice and suggestions.

Do you have access to video games?

In my early days post surgical I had a few complications and couldn't do a lot of body movements. I resorted to my Wii, I played tennis, boxing and a few others all while sitting, I wore my HRM and you'd be surprised what kind of cardio you can get from a silly video game.
