Neck discomfort

I just finished D2 L1 today but i'm finding my neck is strained while doing the exercises with the weights (except for the lying chest fly). I also do strength training at the gym 3x a week but don't find any discomfort there. Does anyone else experience this or have any suggestions on how to relieve it? On another note, every muscle in my body hurts but I love it!!!

    I had this as well but I found that the more days along I got the easier it became I think it's hard to get a good posture and know what you are doing to begin with but once you familiarise yourself with the routine it should ease off
