Week two of Insanity completed! I did Day 11 this morning and Day 12 this evening. I have a trip tomorrow that won't allow me to do it! I feel awesome!

    Two in one day? **** you're amazing! I can barely move after doing power and resistance this afternoon let alone do pure cardio and cardio abs tonight.

    Really didn't think I'd stick it out this far, I'm really proud of myself, and all of you lovely lot that are still going!
