Completed Insanity Today

Fit Test # 2!
I did this on Sunday. I just have not had a chance to share! I did not log the Power Knees for some reason the first time, I know I did improve though. Day 3 Cardio Power Resistance
Rough start to this one as my kids were up several times last night and I had to get up at 5am to get it in before they woke up for good. That said, I found this one a bit easier than Day 2. I had to take fewer extra breaks. I burned about 540 Calories from start to finish.
Plyometric Cardio - Day 2
Day 2 finished....man am I expecting to be sore tomorrow. I starting taking some extra rests durign the last 15 minutes, especially during those ski jump things from the plank position.....I need some motivation to push through. Fit test
I will be doing the fit test tomorrow. I'm a little nervous and excited, all at once, to be doing this program. I will be back tomorrow to post my results for the fit test. :)
