Plyometric Cardio - Day 2

Day 2 finished....man am I expecting to be sore tomorrow. I starting taking some extra rests durign the last 15 minutes, especially during those ski jump things from the plank position.....I need some motivation to push through.

I wore a heart rate monitor, which said I burned 629 calories from start to finsh. I can do that in a 45 minute run, but without all the extra benefit of the muscle confusion, etc.

Psyched for tomorrow's challenge!
