I just quit. I work out 4 to 6 days week and monitor my portions, but I don't (and have no intension to) plan. Do ya'll really find logging food helpful? Just wondering.:drinker:

I like tracking what I eat and seeing how I'm doing in regards to sodium and other nutrients. I think it can be helpful in the beginning if you don't have a good sense of portions and the amount of fats/carbs/protein in the foods you eat.

Stopped tracking many months ago. Best thing ever! I think I needed to start with tracking until I learned some things. But I think it gets to a point when you gotta progress and just eat like Grok! ;)

Agree 100%. I started out logging and trying meet macros (failed), but that was before going Paleo. I have eliminated the bad stuff (minus a few brews on the weekend), so I have decided not to bother.
