I am only feeling burn in my thighs, not my glutes. To make sure I have good form, I do mine (regular ones that is) in front of a chair and lower down til I am almost sitting in the chair.0 -

I reckon most people will have already known about this, but there's a good website called www.hundredpushups.com that helps you work up to a hundred pushups in one set, over the course of seven weeks.
I'm doing it, because I'd bloody love to do a hundred pushups!
Also, done todays squats. My knees now make noises.0 -

today is my day 4...so i'm doing day 5's curtsy squats....I love this...I swear i can tell the differance already! I'll be cursing tonight when they are done0
