Today's challenge is: 10 glasses of water, 15 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of cardio.

    Ok. So I have for sure fallen off the bandwagon the last couple of weeks. I even gained 1.2 pounds back. But, I am back on track and ready to go. The promise of nice weather has me especially pumped.

    Today I did 40 minutes of circuit training cardio and the stretching. I am working on the water.
