Hi Gaby, welcome to Atkins. The induction phase is tough, but after a few days it gets easier. Although I'm not on induction (I eat nuts, plus other phase 2 foods), you'll also experience a reduction in bad carb cravings. I'm consuming about 20g carbs per day.
Lots if water usually helps with the carb flu.
I don't really speak Spanish, but I understand some words and phrases.

Gaby, do you have access to almond milk? It's not milk really, and unsweetened is an acquired taste. I used to use unsweetened almond milk with LC cereal, which was great, but I would eat way too much cereal and stopped losing. I look forward to the maintenance phase when I can experiment with different types of LC foods.

I just finished 2nd week of Induction & I noticed a stall in my weightloss when I did ANY of the NET CARB baloney. I ended up not drinking diet soda, no Atkins bars or snacks either. Just ice water & unsweet ice tea to drink & stayed under 20 carbs & 1300 calories.

I'm down 8 lbs. today & NOT HUNGRY! I feel very in control & ready to tackle 10 or 15 more weeks!

Gaby, a friend of mine makes his own almond milk because his kid has autism and he controls his symtoms with diet. All you'll need is almonds, filtered water and a high speed blender such as a Vitamix or BlendTec.You would soak the almonds in the water for a while (maybe overnight), then blend, then strain out the milk. You can add a sweetener to it (SF syrup or stevia, etc), and voila! you can also keep the pulp th make almond cookies or bread. Speaking of bread have you tried an induction muffin? It's bread-like and you can have it during induction.

Tami, that's great, wtg!! I'm not on induction but may have to get back to basics to start losing. If I eat processed meats, I always reach for the nitrate/nitrite free. The Applegate brand has a good variety!

Gaby, if the diet soda doesn't stall you then no rush in stopping it altogether. I can't drink it because of the aspartame, which causes me severe itching and irritability :grumble:
