Little frustrated and looking for advise

I would like some reassurance that I have this setup the best way because I'm starting to have some doubts and getting a little frustrated with myself. I set myself to lightly active with a 1 lb per week loss so goal of 1400. I do eat exercise calories back if I go over the TDEE of lightly active.

I put as much info in as possible and opened my diary up, but please let me know if I've missed anything. Thank you so much for all your help and advise!

Fat2fit:
BMR= 1394-1411
Tdee=1856 set to light since I sit for a good part of the day
goal= 15-18 lbs

1) What's your current intake of calories gross, on average?
Avg 1420 (excl wk I had the flu)

2) What's your current average intake of protein, carbs, and fats, in grams?
P105, C145, F45

3) Do you use a food scale and measure everything? Scale for everything except recipes that are not metric then I use cups. I also plug most meals into the recipe calc on MFP using scale/cup for all ingredients.

4) Do you track all of your intake, daily? (Everything?)
Yes, everything right down to my vitamins

5) Do you take cheat days or days off?
No - I do eat my exercise back though so I have burned more for a splurge

6) How much weight have you lost so far?
Playing with same 5 lbs up and down so netting about 1

7) What is your activity like, both exercise and non-exercise?
I am on a rotating schedule for workouts:
3 days strength every other day - P90X strength training now; starting New Rules next week...scared, but can't wait to start!
3 days cardio every other day - kickboxing, Zumba, running (c25k)
1 day rest
Non-exercise: desk job staring at the computer....chasing little ones when not at work

8) How long have you eaten at your previous amount and what happened in that time frame?
Pretty close to this since Jan...same up/down every week, but I have lost inches 7.8 in all between waist, hips, thighs, chest

9) What's your height, current weight and if you know it, bodyfat%?
63, 148, bf drastically dif depending on calc used - 27-35% both nbr scare the begeez out of me, but I'm working on it.

10) If you're stalled, for how long and is it a complete stall (zero change in weight)? Same 5lbs up/down since jan. I try to focus on the tape measure since it shows some progress, but its getting harder each time.

I really appreciate your input and thank you.

    When did you start the P90X and the other cardio?

    Hi Sara! Started a steady routine of p90x and cardio 1st week of feb. I lost 4 days because of the flu/cold (2/23-2/26) but have been on track all other weeks.

    You are a challenging one...you *should* be losing on your intake. Do you have any medical factors such as PCOS or thyroid issues?

    Well at least I'm not crazy....I think my body likes a little fluff. I have had my thyroid checked and it was normal, but I have not been checked for PCOS.

    I have a fitbit and downloaded my data yesterday cause your ? about my weight over 2 wks got me curios to see if I could find a pattern, but no luck...I consistently burn an avg of 2000 a day... I just don't get it.

    How long have you been in a consistent deficit (ignoring one off days).

    I've been at a consistent deficit 46 days so maybe I need more time to get a better trend or maybe I need to stop eating a % of exercise back to get a better baseline.

    I am going to ask you to bear with us and track your weight until 17th to give us that extra 2 weeks data (to take out water weight fluctuations due to monthly cycles and restarting P90X) and then we will try to come up with a plan from there.

    Sorry to put you off, but I want to get a better feel for your underlying weight loss/gain. Thanks for hanging in there.
