    Hey Everyone!!! First time on message boards. Would love to have some support and someone to talk to about weight, fitness etc besides my husband whom Im sure I annoy. lol. And family isnt exactly supportive of my goals.

    Starting weight: I have fluctuated since having my 2 children but my highest was 170(after baby). Ive been 140 and under for almost 2 years.
    Current weight: 133
    Goal weight: 125 would be ideal because I have a larger lower body and I hate the way my thighs and butt look.
    Favorite exercise: Definitely body combat, turbo jam, jillians kickboxing dvd. Hip Hop Abs, running

    My goal is more being fit and healthy and considering my ED past, I honestly have no idea what weight I will be at when I am happy. Normally I'd say I want to be 110... but I plan on being FIT-skinny this time! NOT the wasting-away-because-i-dont-eat skinny of my insecure adolescence years.... I need to be healthy for my son who is now 4 years old... so I'm just "getting into shape". I assume the SHAPE i want including a reasonable amount of muscle mass will be around 130-140.

    Favorite Healthy Snack: Avocados! and Greek Yogurt! and Strawberries!!!
    Favorite Exercise: ZUMBA!! .............and elliptical I guess (only because of the cals burned, it's boring as hell. lol)

    Have gotten back into running and doing more cardio (elliptical, stationary bike). I avoid, at all costs, lifting, even though I know I should include this type of workout in my routine. I have a bad knee and want to get back in shape for tennis and volleyball. I feel like the 30 pounds lost already has helped, but I get frustrated with the number on the scale...I mean a wide receiver on a football team weighs what I do. Trying to stay motivated and focus on the succeses. Don't think I've ever been below 158 pounds in my adult years. Don't know if it's even attainable at my age, but I'm trying to stay positive and forge ahead. It's tough when co-workers don't comment on the weight lost or tell me, "You don't look overweight" (tall girls tend to distribute their weight better, I think). Thoughts?

    Hey Lovely Ladies! My name is Nikki, and my goal in losing weight is to have a baby :) I have PCOS and fail to ovulate every month, so I am hoping a boost in weight loss will help jump start my body again. I was a lot heavier during college, but took the time to lose the weight, but I've gotten kind of lazy since I hit my "comfort level".     Goal Weight: 135 or so, I'm pretty comfortable with where I'm at I just want to work on getting toned again, since starting to work full-time I've fallen off my work outs that I have ample amount of time to get to while in school.

    Favorite Healthy Snack: Banana's and peanut butter as a pre-workout and I love laughing cow cheese wedges with pretzel thins.

    Favorite Exercise: I'm a big runner (or in the summer I'm a big runner, it get's a bit cold for me to run around here in NE sometimes...) and I'm into kettlebell/crossfit style of work outs!

    Half marathon in April!

    I'm having the best time on this fitness kick. I love seeing results and I feel like my body changes every few days. It's neat to see new muscles and curves and contours popping out. I love working out because I know it's speeding up the process!

    I'd love to hear from some of you girls who posted earlier this year and have similar stats - how's it going?
