Hi All

started the program yesterday , was just wondering what you put for the exercise part in your exercise logs?? insanity doesn't come up ?

  • I log this like ' General Insanity' on MyfitnessPal (and I consider that it burn about 10 calories per minute).
    How I don't care about the calories it's don't matter for me.
  • I create my exercise and write what I am doing that day. When I have the exercises for the month filled, I alter the calories burned as per my Heart Rate Monitor.

    You have to create your own exercise under the "exercise" tab. Use a heart rate monitor in order to know exactly how many calories you burned

    I don't have a HRM; I need to get one. But for now I usually use the "Calisthenics at a Vigorous Pace" for most days. "Pilates" for Cardio Abs. "Pilates" and "Push-ups" for Recovery days.
