i am on my first week of insanity and today is my rest day, i weigh 126lbs at 5'4 in height i am doing this with my husband for toning up and definition. i still cant quite get my head around the 5 meals a day has i have never ate this much in my life and i am confused with the difference with wholewheat, wholegrain has alot of the stuff in your normal supermarket is wholemeal, will i be still ok having this has i don't want to be doing it wrong also my calories ( if i have worked it out right) 655+ 4.35x126 4.7 x64 the deduct 4.7 x 33 gives me a calorie need of 1348.8 then times it by 1.7 (insanity workout ) 2292.96 then deduct 500 for weight loss so i need to consume 1792.96 a day?? this does sound alot for me anyway but i know i need it for the workout..i am loving it i just dont want to be doing anything wrong and wasting time..thanks

  • Hello, don't matter to much about calories.
    Just eat right and you'll take the best results!

    thanks, i have stuck to he elite nutriton exactly how its says and going into week two its going well, really enjoying it.
