30 day squat challenge

Today I started this workout.. Im going to do it while working out, because I dnt want to lose my butt and I want it to become nicer. Anyone want to try this with me? Im weird but I do squats before I shower. So its routine for me. Lol. It works, I actually do them

  • I just started today too! I did 50 squats before I got in the shower and then 100 modified jump squats after I got out lol.

    How do u do the motified jump squats?
    Squat and then jump up and the land a squat?

  • Well I only got through 10 jump squats and then I couldn't do it lol. Instead go into a squat and then stand up on your tippy toes and squezze your but and repeat.

    Funny this is the 1st exercise I did when I got out of the Dr.s office. He requested some crazy number of legt lifts and other exercises, so far I am up to 30 with light weights. 30 done today though.
  • okay i will try both ways, i probably wont be able to pass 10 as well lol
    yesterday i did 60 regular squats and 60 ballerina squats. I feel a little bit sore today.
