Week 1 Complete!

So week 1 is over! Yay! I'm definitely excited that the first week is over. I can honestly say that my body already feels like its getting stronger. After doing Saturdays workout a second time, I could tell the difference and that felt awesome!

How does everyone feel after week 1? Did anyone take their measurements or weigh in this morning to know their results after week 1? Please share if you're comfortable!

    Really pleased with completing week 1! I lost 2.6 lbs and half an inch from my belly, really pleased with the results. More energy and a more positive attitude has also been gained! This group has really helped me and I love the support and sharing my journey with you great people!

    I got weighed this morning and I have lost 5lbs since last week - though the week before weigh day last week I had quite a lot to eat and drink. Good though to have lost the excess. I weigh 13st 10lb this morning, hoping to get to around 13 stones by the end and a lot stronger too.

  • Week 1 felt good. I started at 160 and back down to 152-153ish (water weight). I've been not so disciplined with my eating so I need to work on that. Overall feeling good!
