Finished up the 10 week basic program yesterday. Thought I'd share my progress pictures:

Week 4, Week 10

And the most obvious change, the back:

Week 4, Week 10

My measurements changed too.

Chest: 36.5 to 34.5, I think mostly from back fat.
Natural Waist: 30 to 28.5
Hip: 41 to 40, but complete change in shape so it looks even more fabulous.
Thigh: 23.5 to 22.5
Calf: 15 to 14.75
Bicep: 12 to 11.5
Lower tummy changed A TON, I'd guess 4+ inches, but I didn't take measurements there.

I haven't weighed myself, but guess I've only lost between 6-8 pounds.

Very happy with the results. I'm taking a break this week and will start up the first class program after that. Love YAYOG!

THANK YOU so much for posting these! I see a big difference. I've been searching the forums and internet for before/after pics from this program. I started Body By You, his newest book, last month. I just finished week 3 and am encouraged by my progress to more difficult exercises but of course am hoping to see some big changes in inches!

Great job you are looking amazing!

Great results! I am really enjoying the YAYOG program and just finished the first week of the 1st Class phase, after completing the Beginner's phase last week. It's amazing how body weight exercises can transform a body.

    Keep up the excellent work!
