Morning Ladies!

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was amazing - was out walking about 6 hours each day, was sooo nice. And definitely gave me some motivation to kick this up a notch and get it done.

Today's challenge - 20 bum clenches every time you go to the bathroom and 30 minutes of cardio. For the cardio, try doing intervals - 1 minute as fast as you can, 1 minute slow.

    weekend was not to good... but we in a new week and thats what counts. a new week a new me!!! lets get this done!!!! lets kick it up a notch!!!! we only have a couple of months till summer lets get these bodys into shape!!!!
