I have not been sore from doing 30DS. anyone else not sore? I feel like I need to be sore to get results. I am doing mostly the advanced moves and am sweating like a crazy lady and pushing myself to the max. So, I am surprised I am not sore. Any thoughts?????!!!! I am currently on L2D14
Also, I am not taking days off.

Guess it depends on how strong you were when you started and how used to exercising. I went from doing absolutely nothing to shredding every day so I've been quite sore although it's not so bad as it was the first 3-4 days.

Legs are a little sore. 5lb weights were seriously putting the hurt on me so I had to go down to 2lb ones. I have whimpy arms.

I sure haven't been as sore as I had anticipated. I have to be careful with all of the level 1 bouncing (the skipping kills me!). My legs were a little sore by Day 7 but not as sore as I deserved to be considering how out of shape I am! I think Jillian's stretching really helps.

Good idea - and you'll be very thankful you did that when you hit Level 2!

The first couple of days are like that. Keep at it hun, you'll be just fine  it's always interesting for me to hear how those who are fit try the shred and find it tough. We're all in it together.

Okay, scratch my previous reply - I was up half the night last night with hip pains. Level 2 is taking its toll on me. I generally found Level 2 a lot more manageable than Level 1 for some reason (less bouncing) but my left hip is now causing me some grief and during today's workout, I had to modify a couple exercises after getting some sharp hip pains.

I'm actually debating on going back to Level 1 (or moving on to Level 3) if I can't continue with Level 2 because of my hip. We'll see how I make out tomorrow. I should have shares in Advil by now!
