Everyone's challenge is (from PerlaRubi2013 *with modifications*) ...
1. DO NOT go over calories (at all)
2. Eat clean (no more than 2 processed foods a day)
punishment challenges (from MFPFriend *with modifications*) (everyone can do this but #6 - 10 HAVE to do them):
- 30 squats a day ... in this format:
1. 10 squats
2. 30 second wall sit (sit with back vertical to wall and less at 90degree angle to floor - like you were sitting on a chair that got pulled out from under you)
3. 10 squats
4. 45 second wall sit
5. 10 squats
6. 60 second wall sit

I like the challenge this week. While I don't have to do them I'm in for 30 squats a day.0

I'm so happy I don't have to do the punishment challenge!!! Yippee! And I'll try to stick to this rule: DO NOT go over calories (at all), this is my main weakness. I eat very healthy during the day, but when bed time rolls around...I start eating uncontrollably. :sad:0
