I was 300lbs on my wedding day (6.5 years ago). I dropped to 250 but have been losing the same 30lbs between 220 and 250 for the last 5 years. I'm over it!
I was an avid crossfitter (quick, hard workouts and olympic style lifting) until I was laid off - the company was paying the bill. That happened in October...since then my exercise petered and then dropped off, as did most of my nutrition.
I'm *done* being back in the "feeling crappy all the time inside and out" camp...I want to be back in the "feeling fit <even though I was never skinny>, strong, healthy and happy" camp.
Looking for friends who can/will call me on my crap so I can beat that 220 mark and be healthier than I have been since my early 20s.
Age: 30
Sex: Female
Location: East Coast, Canada
Occupation: Entrepreneur (launching a Gourmet Condiments company with a focus on allergen sensitivities)
Status: Married
Health: Paleo (gluten, dairy, soy, legumes, grain and sugar free), Celiac
Fitness: Like it hard and quick...long workouts never cut it for me. Plan: move back to bodyweight lifting and high intensity/short session cardio <sprints, jump rope, etc>
Interests: Reading, hiking, nature, photography, art, supporting all things local

great to meet you. I just started Paleo for the first time about 11 days ago and am loving not having to count calories, or worry about my macros so much. I also love kettlebells, HIIT, reading, kayaking, photography(one of my passions). Feel free to add me and to call me on my crap!0

Indeed.
Welcome to, what I would consider, the friendliest group on MFP.Need advice, recipes or support? Just ask here in the forums - most of us are all willing to help out and would be very happy to do so.
Celiac, eh? Well, I'm glad to see another's on board - though, here it's spelt "coeliac" ;D0 -
