New here and looking for some motivational friends.

Hi, My name is Honesty and I am trying to get a hold of my weight issues. I have a hard time getting motivated to exercise a lot and trying to eat healthy is also a challenge in its own. Feel free to add me as I use my app mostly and am not sure how to access my groups yet. :)

    Hello, everyone,
    I am also new to this challenge and I'd love to have some more friends here. I am just starting (2nd week in an overall healthy living mode) and I need some extra motivation, as I tend to start slipping after 5-6 days following the plan. Anyone having the same problem? Anyone wants to be friends? :)

    I am not much into non veg food so becomes very difficult to control carbs through vegetarian food--- so I keep concocting low carb vegetarian recipes-- I post them on my Fb page "Low Carb Weightloss"--- take a look.     Hey there I'm new to the group and was looking for some idea's to keep at it all with a busy life. In the first week of doing ten minute trainer I lost 4.9 pounds. Problem is I am already having troubles sticking to it and am looking for was to get myself to keep at. Any ideas?
