Hello Everyone
My name is Shanell I've been on my weight lost journey since I had my last child 4years ago. I lost that first 100pds with no problem after that I went up and down up and down. Finally I had, had enough I'm finally getting the rest of this weight off. I have about 40 pds to go to get to my goal of 180 pds. I want to start toning and sculpting my body and helpful advice would be really appreciated.
