Well this was my first week of turbo fire...it kicked my butt, but I felt so good afterward. How is everyone doing with their turbo fire

I'm onto week 2 now and after the first week I was down 5.5 pounds and just over 8 inches! It's such a fun, amazing workout! By no means do I look graceful doing it, but I'm having a great time!!0

I started Turbo Fire on Dec 17th...did the PREP schedule and now I am on week 4 of the 20-week starter schedule. I LOVE IT!!! My only problem is that i need to start pushing myself more...because I do it alone, there is no one there pushing me...I try to rememberr the Challenge I am in at work and that helps most of the time! But, I do love it!0
