Day 12 -Rest Day

OMG i'm so sore, :yawn: in need of a rest. The only thing that helps my soreness is stretching.

I need the rest day. My legs and butt feel bruised! LOL. Have a good day off from squats. Still going to do some cardio!0

I must say I am loving this 30 day challenge!! My thighs are my problem areas and if anything will help them it will be this challenge xD I appreciate all the different kinds of squats you're throwing at us too! This def should continue on after this month's up :drinker:
