Week 8 Done! Final week here i come

I finished up week 8 last night and now onto week 9! Looking back it is hard to believe that I can actually run for almost a half hour straight compared to huffing and puffing after a minute of running in week 1.

There is a 5K that I was hoping to run in early April. After I graduate, I plan on remaining at 30 minutes of running but working on increasing my speed.

Do it! Sign up for that 5K race. I'm in the middle of W7 and my first 5K is on March 30 -- 17 days and counting.

I just finished W8D1. I will probably do the same as you when I finish. I want to work on increasing my speed for a couple of weeks before I run a 5K. I plan to use the NHS podcasts here: http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/running-podcast.aspx
