How did everyone do yesterday?

Today's challenge is to do either squats/lunges/calf raises each time you go to the bathroom. As well, how is your water intake? Are you up to 14 glasses today?

    I am up 236.6 I know what my problem is and i working on it. It is a battle but I am not giving up

    Don't give up - i am up too - and currently have no motivation - but I know it can go better. Good luck and hang in there!

    I'm glad I am down this week but I know where you ladies are coming from. I've been up and down for the last couple of months - lack of motivation, frustration and laziness have been my biggest problems. But I'm working on it.

    You guys have the right attitude and you'll lose the weight. Don't give up, if we all work hard together we will get there.
