Fit Test #3 Results

If you make it to test #3 then you're officially ready to start month 2. I'm probably a week earlier than many of you because I started on 2/4/13. I did my 3rd fit test this morning, then the first month 2 workout tonight. That 60 minute workout is a killer!! Here are the results of my three fit tests so far:

SwitchKicks: 76 / 104 / 110
PowerJacks: 35 / 50 / 55
PowerKnees: 86 / 94 / 97
PowerJumps: 30 / 34 / 35
GlobeJumps: 7 / 9 / 10
SuicideJumps: 17 / 18 / 18
Push-UpJacks: 23 / 27 / 28
LowPlankOblique: 28 / 45 / 53

I improved again in every category except suicide jumps (I hate those). I haven't had much weight change but I'm also eating to a level where I would only lose a small amount each week anyway. I suspect that might change in month 2. I've also fought shin splints a little bit. They are feeling better after the recovery week though.

Good luck to all of you on your 3rd fit test!!

  • good job thats some great progress! as has been said before don't look too much at the scale. as long as you keep an eye on how much and what you eat your body will change, even if the scale says otherwise. thats why i think it is crucial to take measurements and before/after pics.
  • I did my fittest last sunday on my rest day. No way i go do the fit test + a MAX workout right after eachother. I also have to say that my progress in inches and weight is almost nothing, so that's a bit disappointing. But they say the second month should give the biggest changes, so let's hope for that. Well here they are:

    SwitchKicks: 57 / 62 / 63 (x2)
    PowerJacks: 37 / 57 / 60
    PowerKnees: 87 / 103 / 118
    PowerJumps: 33 / 38 / 43
    GlobeJumps: 11 / 10 / 12 (x4)
    SuicideJumps: 10 / 12 / 13
    Push-UpJacks: 6 / 18 / 22
    LowPlankOblique: 11 / 50 / 68

    Well it's a nice overal aprovement I think :)
  • I was wondering how much of an improvement I am going to get between #2 and #3 so it is encouraging to see some big changes in you guys. I have another week to go.

I agree with your comment about doing the fit test and Max one after the other!!

I am very pleased with those results - even more pleased to say that I equalled Tanya on low plank obliques. If I knew I was that close I would have squeezed another one in!
