I love boxing, and bowling. I want to try to look for other fitness programs for my wii. If anyone has any suggestions of good work out programs, please let me know! Thanks!

I've been using the Wii exclusively since I started down this weight loss lane. I have a bad knee so it was worked well in allowing me to work around it. I started with the Wii Fit Plus and did a variety of the exercises there to include Yoga, Step, Parade, Driving Range, Kung Foo, Island Cycling, etc. I then switched to the Wii Active More Workouts and it has been great also. I'm burning about 1300 calories in a 90 minute workout. One of the things I really like on it is the Squash. I used to play a lot of Racket Ball when I was in the Army, so it's fun and a pretty intense workout. I do the Aerobics, Cardio Boxing, Band Exercises and some Ab workouts. It's been really great for me. I do still do the Body Test everyday on the Wii Fit Plus and I always end my workout with a trip to the Wii Fit Plus Driving Range (I want to get the muscles in shape for when if finally warms up around here).0
