Hi! my name is Candy, and I am a Christian wife and mom of two boys! I have been doing Gold's Gym on the Wii and recently added Wii fit to my routine. I love doing yoga and the hula hoop.
If you can get it (difficult in the UK) this is a great little game that quite simply gets you walking. That's it, that simple - you walk around an island, building it as you go, sounds kinda boring I know however I've found it pretty addictive and a much more interesting way of getting my 10000 steps a day.
I love boxing, and bowling. I want to try to look for other fitness programs for my wii. If anyone has any suggestions of good work out programs, please let me know! Thanks!
