List any games you use, recommendation, things you have trouble with. Anything and everything can help another person out!

My trouble shooting issue is when I play EA Active 1 and It wants me to squat and I do and the dang numbchuck wont read in my leg strap.. I really need to get the board I know, I'm working on it! But this is my problem, and bc of it I am not using the EA Active game anymore, just doing my workouts on the Wii Sports for now until I get the Wii Fit Plus and board in 2 weeks!

I struggle with EA Active cos I have a slight intention tremor from ataxia so its forever telling to hold still on the exercises with the band thing and like you say you need to be absolutely still before making the move and then holding it for it to recognise you have done it.

The games section is ok though and if you pick nearly all the boxing in one go, it really gets a sweat on!

Exerbeat has been one of the best ones for me, especially as you get further into it and get longer routines unlocked I have burned 700cals + in an hour on it!

I got the My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout for xmas and that's good also based on boxing can go through exams and training or choose the games section. It doesn't tell you total cal burn but does at end of each exercise so have pen and paper ready and calculator if you want to workout the total at end of the session!

I got Daisy Fuentes Pilates too but like EA sports your timing has to be spot on and arms in same place as theirs at exact time for it to count! .. so I've been trying to improve my timing first on the boxing game.

I've played Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus the longest, still trying to reach my goal weight, it weighs me in a few pounds heavier than bathroom scales so still got about 9lbs to go to get there on that.

I can't say I'm overly impressed with EA Sports Active 2 for the overall feel of the program and its glitchiness - at least mine seems to be glitchy but it may just be that I don't know how to use it properly. I can't seem to find the workouts that I name and save but they must exist because when I try to save another with the same name it says I can't because one already exists.

The cursor on the screen tends to fly around the place a lot which makes it annoying to press buttons. There seems to be a lot fo action in the programs that I am not fit for lunges, jumping - anything with strenuous knee or hip movement is out.

I tried the boxing under activities but it only seems to register off the remote so I was in effect boxing with one hand or trying to switch the remote from hand to hand.

I do like the step aerobics for its variety and pace, though I prefer the cute voice and avatars of wii fit (I think I'm hypnotised by that squeaky little wii voice)

I'm going to write a letter to Nintendo and beg for more step aerobics

Is there such a thing as 'Dance Ballroom' or old time dancing of any kind - maybe even boot scooting. I would have thought there'd be people gagging for such games because they seem fairly popular in real life?

I've only used Wii Fit Plus so far and the Wii sports.
    I love it.
I do wish Fit plus had a more advanced step plus. I know it off by heart now and repeat maybe 4 times.
I just discovered tennis on the sports gives a good burn.

I hate to sound like an old dud but I used to play the tennis and baseball and bowling on wii sports but hurt my elbow so gave up. :D
Have you tried any of the wii fit plus add-on games, such as obstacle course? Bit hard on the hip and knee but quite funny. (I seem to have a lemming gene!) Not many calories burned though.

I actually enjoy the obstacle course - it took me a while to be able to beat the advanced level but now I get through it about every other time from start to finish. Makes for a nice 4 minute break from the harder cardio games like Island Lap and Rhythm boxing.

When I do this I hold the numbchuck in my hand--I know that is not correct but that seems to work out for me...I do this without the board.

I love the step aerobics on this one the best....I find that this step gives me a much better workout than the one on the Wii fit Plus
Don't know about Dance Ballroom but they do have Dance Broadway--I have it but have only tried it 1x so far

Glad to hear this about the Exerbeat, so far i'm likinging it but was getting a little bummed not realizing there was more to it...Now I'll keep going to unlock more workouts.....yeah thanks so much for sharing this.

How much do you like My Fitness Coach? and do you think its any better than the other ones--worth buying if you have Fit Plus/ExercBeat/Active 1 & 2

I got it as a xmas present so I haven't really wasted any money but I do like it. I like the game I call 'box-a-bear' it's in the games section I think you have to unlock it. you run down a woodland path and every so often a bear pops out and you have to box it, further down a little guy suddenly pops up too you have to avoid hitting him or it takes points off! You can set a time and do it for 5 mins or half an hour if you want.

It eases you in with training and teaching you all the boxing moves for the exam section. It's fun and if you combine it with another game you can work different muscles. You can burn quite a lot of calories if you go through an entire section of training in one go if you got an hour free

p.s In Exerbeat sometimes you need to do a game until you get a silver or gold medal on it for it to unlock another game. Go through each section (boxing, karate, dance etc) and play each game already unlocked, try and get silver or gold to unlock more and do it with each section.

Once you unlock loads you can put together your own routine and it will remember them so you can do a set routine or just copy it like an exercise DVD (video mode) It's definitely one of my favourites.
