I did this on Sunday. I just have not had a chance to share! I did not log the Power Knees for some reason the first time, I know I did improve though.
Switch Kicks- 36 to 43
Power Jacks- 26 to 35
Power Knees - 70 (I know this was an improvement. I did not log the first time for some reason)
Power Jumps- 13 to 28
Globe Jumps- 4 to 7
Suicide Jumps- 8 to 7 (I did not have the best form the first time)
Push-Up Jacks- 12 to 20
Lower Plank Oblique- 19 to 16 (I did not have the correct form the first time)
