12 hour shift

I have Now been at work 12 hours im tired and have eaten all my food i packed from home we have slowed down now im starving. i just served two giant plates of spaghetti and meatballs and now im hungry and out of food and calories for the day any tips.

  • Normally when in on shifts like that i try and keep calories for when i get home because you will always be hungry. Another thing to remember with this diet is that when you work 12 hour shifts then you will burn way more calories then if you were on a day off. So i wouldn't worrie if you go abit over because you would of burned those calories while working. I have done it that way and it working for me
