So I am trying to cut down on junk food and this weekend is going to be rough because I work two double shifts. Anyone have any advice for me to stay healthy and to not keep munching on junk items we have in back?
I have Now been at work 12 hours im tired and have eaten all my food i packed from home we have slowed down now im starving. i just served two giant plates of spaghetti and meatballs and now im hungry and out of food and calories for the day any tips.
