Hi, My name is Angela.
I just joined the group. I am about to finish a 4 month stage in Italy. I'm returning home to Canada in a little over a week. I'm hoping this group is still active. I am looking for smaller groups to join to help encourage healthy eating, exercise habits and the likes. Working around tempting food all night, trying other restaurants and crazy hours makes a healthier lifestyle very challenging. Hopefully you guys are still around!!

P.s. starting P90X on December 6th, anybody tried this program before?
