I started my fitness pal almost a month ago. I have lost 9 pounds. Its hard being in the South, and being taught to make everything fried. But im doing this. Best of luck to everyone :)

    Hailing from Virginia here - safely tucked below the Mason Dixon in the good ole South :) Definitely understand how EVERYTHING is fried. My nieces were just talking about looking forward to FRIED OREOS at the county fair. Really? Frying an Oreo? SMH

    Born and raised in SC, but now living in FL. I miss my home state something awful, but health issues keep me down here where it's warm.

    Hi there, I'm in Columbia SC. Yes it's hard having to unlearn all of the tasty recipes we were taught. UGH! It will be soo worth it though! Would love to add some southern friends. :)
