I am considering dropping my membership at the gym and replacing that gym time with a cardio/ strength training regime at home.
Wondering if you folks might have suggestions for DVDs or other programs?
(Currently am walking several days a week and will continue to do so.)

I have Zumba for my XBox and do it twice a week. There are lots of different levels of routines to choose from from light to extreme.

For strength training I use the DVD "Lift Weights to Lose Weight" It's a good workout and shows you different levels. For cardio I use either the Zumba Exhilaration DVDs, The Walk Away the Pounds DVDs or just walk on my treadmill. For relaxation I have a yoga DVD that I use occasionally.

When starting out, I often did Leslie Sanson's Walk Away the Pounds videos. They can also be found on YouTube. I love Turbo Jam and Tae Bo videos, also Pilates is fantastic! If you're looking for low impact, though, WATP videos are the way to go.
