so in between running days what do you guys do?

    Walk the dog. :)

    She needs exercise, or she becomes intolerable to have in the house, so I take her on brisk evening walks on my off days. I track the dog walking with Runtastic, since it auto-syncs with MFP if you link the accounts. And yes, the dog goes zombie running with me.

    Spin class twice a week and weight lifting class three times a week. Also, walking the dog, walking with friends and will be adding biking, tennis and swimming once the weather permits. ^_^

    :wink: J/K I do cross fit or some other workout at home. This morning I did work with rubber bands and my excersize ball. I run almost every day though... I take wednesday and sundays off of running, Sundays are my no workout days. :)

    I do the Insanity DVD's. I just purchased the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. to try.
