Hello Sweaty 30! Day 67 is upon us and it's Friday Eve!!!

Hopped on the treadmill for 1/2 hour today. Set it for 20% incline at 3.0 pace.

Did you get your sweat on today?

    I've been taking a lot of rest days because I haven't been feeling well. Today I walked for 20 minutes. Didn't do my 30 but figured it was better than nothing and decided to log it anyway. :smile:

    Despite being sick, I managed biking for 30 min and weight training for 8 minutes. Ugh, hope I get better soon.
