This is clean and close to cereal! You can eat it with some milk. Very good! I absolutely LOVE kind granola!!

You could make your own granola use oatmeal, a gave syrup, almonds, natural dried fruit etc, and stir together, bake in oven for 45 mins stirring every 10 mins or so. Great alternative if you consider oatmeal clean. I eat it sometimes but I stay away from it most of the time.0

homemade granola does the trick for me too. I add coconut flakes to mine and us local honey. plus, it makes the house smell soooooo good.0

There are some great Gluten-Free cereals out there that have flax seeds, amaranth, corn, and some quinoa - there is a brand - Mesa Sunrise that is organic - or my other go-to is gluten-free oatmeal. Cheers!0

I was and still would be a cereal fiend if I have any...the box would be gone! lol What I do is I change it up, I found it was the crunch and sugar I was craving so what I do is that I cut up a whole apple into small chunks, get 1/2 or 1/4 pomegranite and put it in with the apple then mash up one or two bananas until creamy, pour over, grab a spoon and there you have a fruit cereal :P the crunch from the apple and pomegranit are totally satisfying and the banana is like the milk lol0

I love cereal. I buy brown rice/gluten free rice krispies, then add all the above suggestions people have given. I try to just eat it once or twice a week. The only ingred in them is brown rice and a super tiny bit of sugar (less than 1g per serving). This has been the healthiest 'boxed' cereal i've found. Love it.0
