I gained 2-3 pounds since starting 30DS. I'm now back to starting weight, and have lost what seems like only a few inches total so far. In spite of being kinda bummed about progress, I went closet shopping yesterday! Even though I'd put back on a lot of the weight that I'd lost a few years ago with WW, I couldn't bear to give away all my cute spring and summer clothes and kept the good, higher quality stuff. I ventured into the back of the closet and started trying things on....

While I'm still 20# away from my weight at that time, a lot of things already fit and what doesn't fit yet is close! (Another 10-15# maybe?)

It was a great feeling, and good motivation to push on through the 2nd half of the shred and start making plans for the next phase of exercise! :)

    Apparently I need to pour a cup, too! Slipped by me until you mentioned it! Congrats on the shopping trip...it's nice to find some old friends are ready to be used again!

    That's great and shows it's working! These signs are great for giving you a boost on days you really don't feel like working out.
