Hi everyone!
Thanks Goodie for getting a group together! Meals are going well, easy to modify, but I could use some good snack ideas. Almonds, greek yogurt and protein bars are getting boring. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Amy

Here are a few snack ideas:
*Hard-boiled eggs ('tis the season!)
*Beef jerky (I don't do meat but I hear it's best to buy the nitrate-free kind like at Trader Joe's)
*Cottage cheese
*Apple with almond butter
*Protein shake/smoothie - eat half mid-morning and half mid-afternoon
Just a few. I'll post more if I think of them!0 -
Hi everybody. One snack that sees me through is shelled pistachios. I put 1/4 cup in a Dixie cup and eat a couple at a time. I also just read about taking a tablespoon of natural peanut butter as a snack. You have to be careful because there is a lot of fat in nuts, but it is the good kind of fat and a little is very satisfying (especially with an apple!)0
