Hey guys so i'm busy this weekend with family stuff so i'm posting this early so you'll be able to check in.

These are hard. I mean if you're up for a challenge go for it or you could do regular squats :wink:

    These were awful but I got up to 112 over several hours and then ended with 38 regular. Glad its over.

    I had to do regular ones because it the sissy squats really bothered my ankle. I have screws and washers in my ankle from an old inj.ury. Completed.

    These were super awkward!!! I could only do about ten or so, and then did regular squats for the rest. It also hurt right above my knee... Don't know if that's because I'm a little sore or if there's something wrong... Either way I got 150 squats done!

    Got my 150 done with a mixture of sumo, regular, curtsy and adding weight to them. Felt too awkward doing sissy squats :(

    I tried these, but just couldn't get the hang of them. I did about 20 before I gave up, then did 50 regular squats. I meant to finish them later but wasn't feeling very well yesterday and never did. :frown:

    ETA: I did the 40+ jump squats in Turbo Fire HIIT 20, plus many squats/lunges with weights in TF Tone 30 so I probably got pretty close to 150 altogether.

    I mixed regular and curtsy squats - I am way too clumsy for these sissy squats, and my ankle hurts just from looking at the picture... ;-)

    150 squats! When I started with the challenge I thought 50 was hard... and now I am doing 150 :bigsmile:

    Can't be on my toes like this...broken baby toe and another toe prevents it; HOWEVER, I did 150 regular squats and lunge squats.

    150 regular squats done!! And I mixed 100 wall pushups between the sets.

    10 squats then right into 10 wall pushups until I got to 100. Then 50 regular squats altogether.
